The food is prepped, the flags are flying and the party for northside paisans is about to get underway. The 28th annual Saint Anthony's Bazaar takes place Friday through Sunday at the church located at 306 Odell Avenue in Endicott. The event pays homage to the Patron Saint, and includes a street festival celebrating the Italian heritage.
New this year is homemade lasagna, potato and pasta salad, along with old favorites including chicken and lamb spiedies, grilled pizza, pasta, eggplant and chicken parm, pizza fritte, and other homemade desserts. There's live music throughout the weekend from Average Joe, DC Transit and The Poets.
