TasteAtlas, the atlas of taste - or as they like to call themselves "the encyclopaedia of flavours from around the world" - has compiled a ranking for the year 2023 of the 100 Best Cities in the world in which to eat local food, and among them, our beloved Italy has earned no less than 15 positions (and four among the top ten).

A digital guide to the world's food where you can find more than 10,000 recipes and traditional restaurants catalogued from 2018 to today, making the site the institution of true cuisine.
