
If you're going to call your new Italian restaurant "That's Amore" — meaning "that's love" in English — you'd better be pretty confident that your food, as well as the entire dining experience, can live up to the expectation of such a lofty name. That's Amore? It'd better be.
Add that expectation to the fact that That's Amore is located in what was formerly the beloved Cucina Rosa in Cape May's Washington Street Mall, and it would be tempting to think that this new eatery had bitten off more than it could chew.
