The Feast of the Assumption will take place August 15th-18th in Little Italy. This will mark the 115th year of celebrating the feast on the historic streets.
The feast is a Catholic Holy Day that celebrates The Virgin Mary going to Heaven. A service is celebrated At Holy Rosary Church at 10:00 a.m. after a statue of Mary is taken in procession throughout the neighborhood.
