Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a special workshop featuring the first private tasting of TrentoDoc sparkling wines.Hosted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce to introduce "Trentodoc Sparkling Wines from the Dolomite Mountains". The tasting will take place in the International School of Comics in west town. Bloggers, sommeliers, chefs, and journalists will be in attendance. Trento wines were introduced by Sabrina Schench of Istituto Trento Doc.
The tasting was hosted by Lisa Granik, Master of wine from London and published writer in The New York Times, Sommelier Journal, and World of Fine Wine. Wines presented included Tananai, Revi Brut, Altemasi Millesimato, Letrari Brut Riserva, Ferrari Perle, Maso Martis Brut Riserva, Rotari Rose, and Moser.
