UNICO recently had their first membership meeting of the 2014-15 year at the Hanover Manor.
Over 50 were in attendance to see Rosanna Cammarata, owner of Livingston based "Tutto Fresco" make her notorious fresh Mozzarella and to induct five new members into the organization: Marion Schiazzano, Gary Marshuetz, Josephine Ciatta, Lucille Lenzi, Annamarie Parrillo and Rosemarie Mentesano.
Cammarata made Mozzarella to compliment an Antipasto she also created for all attendees to enjoy which included fried eggplant, roasted sweet red peppers, home grown tomatoes and fresh basil, freshly made giardeniera, prosciutto, and other Italian specialties.
