Promote and preserve Santa Clara Valley’s agricultural heritage by joining the DiNapoli/Mulcahy families in the restoration of the Beltramo Dining Room at the Little Italy San Jose Cultural Center & Museum. Our refurbished room will sit adjacent to the demonstration Kitchen (now under construction) which local and visiting celebrity chefs will use local produce and family recipes to feed, educate and delight museum visitors from far and wide.

Italian dinning heritage should be celebrated and the Beltramo Dinning Room, which we have coined The Valley of Hearts Delight, is the prefect venue! Visitors entering our room will be surrounded by historic pictures and video of our immigrant ancestors harvesting, preserving, and shipping crops across the country to feed a hungry nation.
