The air inside Carroll’s Restaurant is usually filled with the smells of high-end seafood and pasta dishes. But on Wednesday, May 10, something else will be in the air — the sounds of fine Italian music. Renowned vocalist Frank Zarba will appear at Carroll’s for a concert inside the intimate setting, a night that he promises will offer something for everyone.
“There will be some Italian favorites and old American classics, like the music of Sinatra, Dean Martin and Perry Como,” Zarba said. “We will add a few surprises as well, so if you like good music you won’t want to miss.” Owner Maury Carroll has been trying to add some entertainment options at his restaurant to draw in customers since construction of the Cradock Bridge began in 2015.
