In celebration of Pope Francis' upcoming Apostolic journey to the City of Brotherly Love, The Wishwall Foundation, in association with the City of Philadelphia, is hosting an event within the historic 9th St. Italian Market. The event will be open to the public, and visitors will be invited to participate by crafting their "Wish" and posting it onto the Wishwall structure, creating a freestanding art instillation of prayers and intentions.

Aside from the live simulcast of the Pope's Mass, the weekend will be filled with family activities and entertainment and refreshments. The Piazza at 9th & Montrose will be completely tented, housing TV screens and chairs.
