Gangster wannabes and movie buffs can now sleep over at one of cinema’s most recognisable properties. The Godfather Mansion in New York’s Staten Island district is becoming available for tourists, thanks to holiday home rental company Airbnb.
The family who currently live there are opening their doors to up to five guests for a 30-night stay in August 2022. Built in 1930, the property has been completely modernised and renovated since it was used for filming in The Godfather, but the exterior is still instantly recognisable to fans of the 1972 gangster drama.
