
Oswald Zuegg, the main stakeholder of family-owned Verona-based fruit processing business Zuegg, has purchased 28% of the company's shares from three other family members thus obtaining full control over the firm.
He now aims to expand Zuegg’s presence in the United States: “It is hard to concentrate efforts on business growth and to accommodate the different interests of multiple family members at the same time,” Zuegg said.
