Six students from Saint Peter's Prep in Jersey City recently won first place during Italian Language and Culture Day at Montclair State University. The Italian Teachers' Association of New Jersey and the Coccia Institute sponsored the event.
This was Prep's fifth win at the annual event. which involved 13 New Jersey high schools.
This year's theme was "In Cerca di....," or "In Search of ....," and each school was charged with completing the sentence in a skit form, in Italian.
