Italian Scholar Appointed Chair in Judaic Studies at the College of Idaho -

I am pleased to share with you news that an outstanding scholar has been appointed to The College of ldaho's new Howard Berger-Ray Neilsen Chair in Judaic Studies. Dr. Federica Francesconi, currently of the University of Oregon's Harold Schnitzer Family Program in Judaic Studies, will join the College of Idaho faculty next fall as the first to hold the endowed chair.
She will work to promote greater understanding of Jewish traditions, culture and philosophy in Idaho and the West.
