
Fabio Viviani's charming Italian accent and refreshing candor on Top Chef's fifth season won the hearts of viewers and he was voted "Top Chef Fan Favorite."
Now Viviani is the host of the popular Yahoo! original series "Chow Ciao" he uses fresh ingredients to prepare easy-to-follow recipes, simple comfort food dishes, and flavorful Italian meals in 15 minutes.
A native of Florence, Italy, who moved to the U.S. in his late 20s, Viviani owns restaurants in California and Illinois.
