Dominick's, one of LA's favorite restaurants since 1948, brings its Italian-American dishes to Ojai for a special pair of pop-up dinners. On Thursday April 30 and Friday May 1, diners can visit Tipple & Ramble for a four-course dinner from Brandon Boudet, Executive Chef and owner of Dominick's (not to mention Little Dom's in Los Feliz).
The meal will begin with pastrami-cured Alaskan halibut, served with pickled vegetables, Compton Crescenza cheese and house made knäckebröd. The second course is ricotta and egg gnocchi with fava beans, English peas, heirloom carrots and parmesan.
