
The IACCW launches the First Italian Cuisine in the Word Week at WestEdge, the leading contemporary design fair in the US through a lineup of chef's live demos highlighting the extraordinary Italian culinary heritage.
Demos will take place at WestEdge, within the Fisher & Paykal Culinary Pavilion on Saturday, November 5th and Sunday, November 6th. Organized by: Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West; in collaboration with: Barilla, Obica', Il Fornaio, Culina, WestEdge, Identita' Golose.
