The latest offering from Urban Kitchen Group founder and principle, Tracy Borkum, quietly opened doors in Kensington yesterday. The re-conceptualized 3,500 square-foot space at 4055 Adams Avenue has been transformed via Borkum's signature 'Bohemian-chic' design esthetic with pops of color and floral prints, plush pillows, ornate fixtures, and foliage throughout.
Under the direction of Urban Kitchen Group executive chef Joe Magnanelli, newly appointed chef de cuisine Daniel Wolinsky will oversee day to day operations, and brings nearly a decade of experience from multiple New York City staples in addition to Massimo Bottura's three-star Michelin restaurant Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italy).
