Tocca Ferro, an upscale Italian chophouse offering pasta, fresh seafood, and an extensive beverage menu, softly opened for dinner service at the JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort on Thursday, July 7. Since launching in August 2020, the property, which is adjacent to Anaheim GardenWalk and Disneyland, has offered variations of breakfast and a brunch buffet service.
Executive chef Adam Haverland spent the past few months tweaking his menu for Tocca Ferro. The kitchen will handcraft pastas, pizza dough, and make its own sauces. “We make our pizza dough in house, so the pizza really is one of those focal points for us,” Haverland says. “We have one called 1889, which was the year Margherita was invented — and, it’s a Margherita pizza.”
