
ABC's The Chew star Michael Symon will soon be opening an Italian restaurant at Atlantic City. The 46 year old restaurateur, author, and James Beard awardee who was born in Cleveland has partnered with Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City to open his first Italian restaurant. Symon hasn't thought of a name for the restaurant yet, but he said he will open his latest venture late next year.
"We are thrilled to bring Michael Symon to Borgata with the debut of his first Italian restaurant," Becky Schultz, Vice President of Food & Beverage for the entertainment complex confirmed. Symon's Italian eatery will be joining an extensive line- up of food wagons from high profile chefs like celebrity chef Bobby Flay, Geoffrey Zakarian, Wolfgang Puck and Michael Schulson.
