A new eatery specializing in Italian fare and specialty foods opened in Princeton. Delizioso Bakery + Kitchen is the latest addition to Princeton's restaurant map and celebrated its grand opening last week. "We opened around mid-May and ours is a bakery plus kitchen," said Giuliana Guzzo, owner, and marketing manager. "That means we sell baked goods, serve breakfast, lunch, and pizzas."

The eatery is the brainchild of Guiliana, husband Ralph and Eric Weshner, a retired New York City detective. The Guzzos first had a restaurant business in Staten Island. Ralph's family ran two bakeries, and that's where he developed his passion for food.
