At the moment, there’s only one farm-to-table pasta company in all of Salem County. Fazzio’s Pasta Company is a new restaurant in Salem serving fresh pasta and sauce made in house. In particular, Co-owner Matthew Fazzio makes handmade pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, and other authentic Sicilian dishes for both lunch and dinner.
The 1,400-square foot Fazzio’s Pasta Company can seat 60 diners. “The black tables and lighting really make the space pop and seem larger,” says co-owner Alyssa Tanner. The lunch atmosphere is laid back, however, tablecloths and candles adorn the tables come dinner time.
