Lacey has plenty of pizzerias, but one of them is about to change. Fusaro Pizza and Pasta, which operates in Manahawkin, acquired the location of Vesuvio Pizza in Forked River. Andy Costagliola, who owns Fusaro, bought the 725 S Main St. location and is running the restaurant. Once he receives permit approval, he will change the name of the location to Fusaro.
"(Vesuvio owner) Sal's been a great friend of mine for years, almost like a cousin," Costagliola told Patch. "He was ready to step away from the pizzeria business. Over the years, we'd been talking, and I finally made the move to acquire it. He thought I was the best buyer for taking the business forward."
