Minard’s Spaghetti Inn has served generations of loyal customers in the Clarksburg area with its authentic brand of traditional Italian-American cuisine. The establishment has kept its loyal base of local regulars returning time after time to dine on a collection of Italian offerings that has remained largely unchanged for more than 80 years.

Marisa Minard, a member of the third generation of her family to operate the eatery, said the restaurant first opened its doors in 1937 and quickly became a hit. “It grew from a small, one dining room space into what it is today,” she said. Each subsequent generation of the Minard family has dutifully studied from the same recipe book to learn the secrets of the family trade, Minard said.
