Blue Eyes, a new Italian eatery at the Sinatra Park café in Hoboken, will celebrate its soft opening this Friday, April 17, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5 p.m. The restaurant will begin serving customers on Sunday, April 19.
According to a release, Blue Eyes will feature a wood-burning oven which can prepare pizzas, pasta, appetizers, paninis, desserts, gelato, and assorted coffees. The waterfront restaurant will also serve wine and beer and will have outdoor seating in the spring and summer months. Restaurant hours and menu are available online at the Blue Eyes website.
