"Every day you discover something new." Franco Braccia has only good things to say about his city, Pittsburgh. Braccia owns Senti, a bright, new culinary spot in Lawrenceville, with his wife, Annette Ishida. The transplant from Italy, by way of New York, has lived in Pittsburgh for over eight years, but maintains there is always a discovery around every corner.
He's right. Senti is one of those fresh finds. Opened this past winter, Senti is refreshing. Set in a sea of reclaimed wood and Edison bulbs, Senti is decidedly not gastro-pub-esque. The stark white of some of the walls, tablecloths and long banquettes is sleek.
