The Cambria Hotel Shelby Township-Detroit and its restaurant, Verona — Inspired Italian, will open on July 21. The hotel, located at 50741 Corporate Dr. in Shelby Township, offers 98 rooms, including three suites, along with upscale amenities and locally inspired design and artwork.
The property’s on-site restaurant, Verona – Inspired Italian, will feature made-from-scratch Italian favorites as well as “fresh twist, craft cocktails.” The restaurant is led by Chef Salvatore (Sam) Borgia. He says he and his culinary team “strive to deliver cuisine that is fresh and uncomplicated, yet unique and refined and honest, and spirited food and drinks.”
