Officially say goodbye to Ina's today and say hello to the 39th Lou Malnati's. Opening today in the breakfast queen's former home, the new Malnati's will christen her Randolph Street space by serving Ina Pinkney herself as the new pizzeria's first customer at 3 p.m.
Malnati's has remodeled the 1235 W. Randolph St. locale but kept much of the building's bones. There's 178 seats in addition to carry out, delivery and catering that serves up classic deep dish and other signature Italian-American items. It'll open for business later today—so get in line after Ina Pinkney.
