The Italian restaurant Tre Monti Ristorante in Troy is headed in a new direction after hiring a new executive chef and general manager.

After eight years at Tre Monti, located behind the castle-like San Marino Club on Big Beaver Road, general manager Zharko Palushaj is moving on to other ventures. Antonio Gagnon, a longtime general manager for the Andiamo Restaurant Group, is the restaurant's new general manager.
