The Anton Art Center has showcased the work of many talented artists but not many are as delicious as the masterpieces chefs Mauro Querio and Alex Lozovoj plan to create for “A Taste of Italy.” The gala foodie fundraiser to benefit the Art Center starts at 6 p.m. May 22 at the Italian American Cultural Society in Clinton Township.
“What makes this event extra special is that the work of both Chef Mauro and Chef Lozovoj was chosen as the best cuisine at last year’s ArtParty,” said Matt Matthews, executive director of the Anton Art Center. “They are true artisans in every sense of the word and their offer to host ‘A Night in Italy’ could not be more appreciated or eagerly anticipated.”
