Piada Italian Street Food, which offers customizable, seasonal cuisine inspired by Italian street food, opens Tuesday in Cuyahoga Falls, according to the restaurant's Facebook page. Piada's Cuyahoga Falls location is its seventh in Northeast Ohio.
The fast-casual chain offers three main entree options: pasta bowls, chopped salads and wrap-style piadas featuring Italian thin-crust dough. Patrons can customize their meal by adding grilled toppings of their choice, such as chicken, sausage, steak, meatballs, salmon or porchetta. See the full menu. The chain, which debuted in 2010 in Columbus, was created by Chris Doody of the Bravo and Brio restaurant chains.
