This year, Quattro Mani is all about Chicago! From chefs to producers to community members, this new take on an old classic is a series of cultural events happening on on Tuesdays in La Pizza & La Pasta. Introducing Quattro Mani: From Chicago For Chicago! Why "quattro mani"? Because "four hands" are better than two! All year long, our newest dinner series will take place in La Pizza & La Pasta featuring the people, producers, and do-gooders of Chicago on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month!

On the second Tuesday of each month, a guest pasta chef will join our Executive Chef Will Serafini in the kitchen to create a unique dish available for one night only. Then, on the fourth Tuesday of each month, a guest pizza chef will join our head pizzaiolo, Simone Iavarone, from Rossopomodoro to sling a signature pizza available for one night only.
