Occupying an unassuming building, you could easily drive by Vince’s Pizza thinking it was yet another pizza joint. But you’d be missing out. Vince’s serves more than pizza, with an extensive “Vince’s Dinners” page that caught our eye. We are always up for ethnic food, and we had heard the chef was from Italy, so we thought we’d give Vince’s a try.
The inside of the restaurant is just as low-key as the outside, with a clean, sparse dining room and simple photos of Italy decorating the walls. The antipasto (appetizers) looked interesting, and we ordered the matarocco ($6.40) and eggplant ($5.45). Both were fantastic.
