OK granny-aged ladies of Louisville. Here's your chance for '15 minutes of fame' — plus a lot free Italian food.   "I am looking for a sharp-witted Italian grandma," said restaurateur Kevin Grangier. "The kind of grandma who meets you at the front door and gives you a little bit of attitude." 

Grangier needs this Italian grandmother — the ultimate nonna — to serve as the "face" of his newest restaurant, Grassa Gramma. The upscale-Italian eatery is currently under construction in The Holiday Manor shopping center off Brownsboro Road and is expected to open later this year.
