
Like seemingly most of New York City right now, Major Food Group’s incredibly popular red-sauce focused eatery Carbone (49 Collins Avenue) has made its way down to Miami with the debut of its latest location in the South of Fifth neighborhood in the former Upland Miami space.
The one Michelin-starred eatery first came onto the scene in New York City’s Greenwich Village in 2012, making a name for itself by serving high-end takes on classic Italian-American dishes like its famous spicy rigatoni in a vodka sauce;
