Dazzo's Pizzeria, located on 710 S Gay Street, offers a plethora of traditional Italian foods. They serve everything from subs and pasta to pizza and chicken. All of their sauces, dough, mozzarella and meatballs are made from scratch and create a taste that is unique to Dazzo's.
Chelsea Weaver, has been working at Dazzo's since May as a cashier and waitress. Weaver insists that their "grandma's pizza" is not only her favorite item on the menu, but it is the most popular item as well. The pizza is made with a thin crust and is brushed with olive oil infused with roasted garlic. The finishing touches on the pizza are the "grandma's sauce" on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
