Located in the sister property to the former Versace Mansion, the forthcoming Donatella Boutique Hotel & Restaurant wants to be a Mediterranean oasis for its patrons. “When you cross this door, you won’t feel like you’re in Miami Beach,” says Jamil Dib, co-founder and owner of Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group. “We want you to feel like you’re at a beach club in Italy.”
The project, located at 1350 Collins Avenue, is a collaboration between Nakash Group, which owns the Versace Mansion, and Vida & Estilo. “With every property, from the Setai, Miami Beach to the former Versace Mansion, our mission has always been to create memorable experiences that reflect Miami’s unique character,” says chairman Joe Nakash, “The Donatella Boutique Hotel is the ideal sister property to the former Versace Mansion, with its Neo-Mediterranean elegance and storied heritage.
