This new Italian restaurant is located at the recently refurbished Gabriel South Beach Hotel. INK's Charles Khabouth, Danny Soberano, and Ricardo Tabet oversee Mia as part of the group's North American growth. Mia is the the second of many restaurants and bars set to open in South Florida by INK in 2022.
INK's Executive Corporate Chef, Patrick Ochs, created Mia's menu based on an innovative take on Italian cuisine that invites guests on a trip across the pond using his fantastic food as the transportation. "We couldn't be more excited than to continue to add to our Miami-based offerings with the opening of Mia," said Charles Khabouth, Founder and CEO of INK Entertainment."
