For an eatery with "modern" in its name, Cena Modern Italian Restaurant pays tribute to the past. Black-and-white oversized photos of James Dean, Elvis Presley and Mariln Monroe adorn the walls while songs like Mel Tormé's jazzy "Sunday in New York" play overhead. The bathrooms are also labeled "guys" and "dolls."
Cena is new to the happy-hour scene. Located just a block from Delray Beach's bustling Atlantic Avenue, Cena has stiff competition, but it doesn't fall short when it comes to decent drink deals and savory small bites.
