As the Leaning Tower of Pisa is a must-visit attraction when touring Italy, Melbourne’s own Leaning Tower of Pizza restaurant is a dining experience not to be missed. “Nothing Fancy, Just Good Food” is the restaurant’s slogan, and with its affordable menu with daily specials, diners don’t have to be in Italy to taste these authentic flavors.
Open for business since 1982, restaurant owner John Dolce has been part of the Leaning Tower of Pizza crew since 1986, eventually taking over the business as the sole owner. “It brings a smile to my face when I see people eating and enjoying the food,” Mr. Dolce said. “Food generally makes people happy, especially this kind of food.”
