The hands-on classes takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, starting on May 18.
From basic knife skills to deboning a fish to choosing tomatoes for the best sauce to the secrets of cacio e pepe, Ascione will break down techniques in an approachable way that is useful to both kitchen novices and experts. Most importantly, it will fun experience where groups of two to five can learn techniques and "fly free" without recipes.
