Main Street is trading oysters for orecchiette. Taking over the former Smitty’s Oyster House (and, briefly, Anthem Sound Lounge), Lucia is the newest venture from the team behind Harbour Oyster and Bar and Social YVR. Opening June 11 at 3124 Main Street, it's a fresh take on Italian dining that brings bold flavours, playful twists, and plenty of reasons to book a table.
At the helm is Chef Zachary Steele, whose kitchen credentials span both Vancouver favourites and international spots. His approach to Italian cooking is polished but never precious—think satisfying plates that make you want to lick the sauce clean, etiquette be damned.
