A new fine-dining Italian and steak restaurant is planning to open in Coral Springs before the end of the year. Incontro Italian Cuisine Steakhouse will be opening at The Walk Of Coral Springs at 2752 University Drive, the owner, Pedro Bitar, said Tuesday.

Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Bitar said he has been in the restaurant business for much of his life. The restaurant – which will open across from BurgerFi and next to Kilwins – will seat close to 180 people, including an outdoor area with a seating capacity of about 30 guests.
