A new Italian restaurant is preparing to open in La Grange in the place where La Buona Vita closed in March. The timing is questionable, since as of Monday, indoor dining still was not allowed at Cook County restaurants per the Tier 3 restrictions of the governor’s coronavirus mitigation plan.
La Grange Village President Mark Kuchler told the owner and general manager of the new restaurant, Pazzo Bene, “We appreciate your investment,” when the village board in December approved a liquor license for the new dining place, at 15 W. Calendar.
