Next month, St. Pete will get is a taste of a fast-food concept unlike any other—Dal Moro’s Fresh Pasta To Go. Dal Moro’s mission is to show Americans that its possible to enjoy authentic Italian fresh pasta in a fast-casual environment without spending a fortune.
Dal Moro’s also has locations in Venice, Toronto, and Ottawa. But the one coming along at 653 Central Ave. in the ‘Burg is the concept’s first location in the U.S. Five varieties of pasta are on the menu, including fusilli, spaghetti, gnocchi, bigoli and linguine. Customers can choose from nine artisan sauces like pesto, carbonara and bolognese. Get ready for a carb overload.
