Handcrafted pasta will be the focus of a new restaurant and retail shop planned for East Nashville. Brothers Ryan and Danny Nicoletto, owners of East Nashville-based Nicoletto's Pasta Co., are preparing to open Nicoletto's Italian Kitchen at 2905A Gallatin Pike later this month.
Since launching their pasta company, the Nicoletto brothers have been selling their fresh and dried pastas at farmers markets in the area and to wholesale clients such as Coco's Italian Market, Lockeland Table, Batch, Porter Road Butcher and Fido.
