For the uninitiated, the highly anticipated market and restaurant concept known as Locale will open at the Sundial on Wednesday, December 17. Locale is the brainchild of renowned chefs Don Pintabona and Michael Mina.

Locale Market finds the synergy between retail and restaurant. Their bold project will include 11 kitchens in their 2-floor, 20,000 square foot location. Locale has held several open houses for those eager to step behind the grill, the counter and the bar and hired 160 employees with hopes of expanding to 200 soon.
