The Rossa family has been involved in the restaurant business for decades, operating five restaurants in Boston and now—thanks to the efforts of Roberto Rossa and his staff—three in Houston. Antonia's Italian Ristorante, which is named for Rossa's grandmother, has locations in Katy, Sugar Land and Cypress.
"Being in the business my whole life, I know what it takes," Rossa said. "We are careful to follow the trends of the area. It's still family oriented service and not fine dining. It is a family owned restaurant, and we take care to get to know our customers by name and treat them as guests."
