Bella Vita focuses on family, food

The Seji family combines hard work, fresh ingredients, hospitality and a little magic to cook up their warm Italian restaurant, Bella Vita II. The family opened the 25-table Rendon restaurant in January 2001, and has developed a loyal following with their creative cream sauces, hearty marinara, pizzas, pastas and hearty breakfasts.

Favorite dishes include Chicken Luma, chicken stuffed with shrimp, mushrooms and spinach and backed with noodles and marsala sauce, or Tortellini Michelangelo, diced ham, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes, noodles and artichoke hearts in a creamy pink sauce, and Chicken ala Mike, chicken with mushrooms, onions, peppers, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli in a pink sauce.
