Bistecca Italian Steakhouse at 224 Westheimer has opened. If you've driven by the space you've likely done a double-take to it's impressive modern but quaint exterior which was built out rather quickly but quietly and with no signage until recently.
So it remained rather under the radar as construction came to completion in the old Plant House location, until said yellow sign went up only a few weeks ago. What's come to fruition is the 100-seat venue which is intimate but has a bold look and really stands out on the Westehimer strip also home to Uchi, Underbelly and other top Houston destinations.
