The team behind the popular Italian restaurant Nonna Osteria at The Fairmount Hotel downtown is planning a new North Side restaurant. Headed by Nonna’s renowned chef Luca Della Casa, the new spot is scheduled to open in the spring.
The project, which as yet doesn’t have a formal name, is the latest venture by Nonna owners Patrick and Cari Richardson, whose other restaurants include three Silo Elevated Cuisine restaurants, three La Fogata Mexican restaurants and the Silo Prime steakhouse and Fairmount Rooftop Oyster Bar that share The Fairmount Hotel with Nonna.
